I deleted v4.31a, created a new folder and fired up v4.31b using my old user.txt, results.dat and config.txt.  When I send in results it's telling me I'm using v4.3 and I should upgrade to 4.31b?  How do I fix this?

Also, is the Solaris port usable for 4.31b?

Don't pay attention to that manualsend notice.  It's false.

Don't know anything about solaris.

You're using manualsend.exe aren't you?  (I mean as opposed to having muon1 send automatically).  I forgot to update that one's idea of what version number it is.  This might also explain why some people have found their v4.31b results have been being reported as v4.3 at this end.  I can fix the manualsend and get the results processor to read the real version number from the results here.  That should be dealt with in a couple of days (I'm meant to be on holiday right now).

Yes, I'm using the manualsend program.  Thank you for the info.
