[SG] DOA 2002-09-08 08:18:32 | Hey Steven, found myself missing on the personal stats... Still integrated in the team stats, though... ?!? Could you have a look at it? Thx, Gerald |
Bluumi [SwissTeam.NET] 2002-09-08 10:14:12 | look at place 170 or so ... near by ME |
AySz88 2002-09-08 10:44:30 | Stephen! It broke again! |
Pascal 2002-09-08 11:21:01 | Stephen? The stats are a bit confused? :grank: ___________________________ Member of www.rechenkraft.net - German Website about Distributed Computing Projects 1: Athlon TB-C, 1.2 GC/s, 256 MB DDR-RAM, Erazor x², ADSL-Flatrate, NIC Intel, Win 98 SE Mainboard MSI-6380 Rev. 1 2: Pentium III, 600 MC/s, 256 MB RAM, NIC Intel, Win 98 SE |
[Ars]kenlow 2002-09-08 12:44:04 | It's not me...I tell you...It's not me |
Bluumi [SwissTeam.NET] 2002-09-08 15:27:29 | @kenlow But we need you .... Hmmm... i think i wasn't it too... i don't send some ... |
Stephen Brooks 2002-09-09 01:42:47 | Either the same thing as before has happened (one of the results files getting a corrupt line in it), or this is some error due to [SG]DOA going over 2`147`483`647 particles, which is the limit of signed 32-bit integers in C. I thought I'd added a facility for it to carry over into billions though.... but that's untested as yet so there probably could be bugs in it. I hope your stats numbers themselves are OK even if the ranks on the LHS are messed up. You can find your actual rank by getting http://stephenbrooks.org/muon1rawstats.txt using the import text wizard on Excel with tab delimiters and then sorting by particle count... Hannibal 2002-09-09 02:56:42 | Hi, Stephenquote: Maybe you should use 64 bit long long int? Hannibal |
Stephen Brooks 2002-09-09 03:56:14 | Heh that's what I _thought_ I'd done, but the long-long support (as it is with many C packages) is a bit dodgy, so I might have to check it out. |
Stephen Brooks 2002-09-09 11:49:57 | Ah, forgot to convert an 'int' variable that I was using for sorting the ranks into a 'long long' one. It's fixed now. Pascal 2002-09-09 12:19:44 | Stephen, you think it' necessary to change the number of the rank into a long long int? ___________________________ Member of www.rechenkraft.net - German Website about Distributed Computing Projects 1: Athlon TB-C, 1.2 GC/s, 256 MB DDR-RAM, Erazor x², ADSL-Flatrate, NIC Intel, Win 98 SE Mainboard MSI-6380 Rev. 1 2: Pentium III, 600 MC/s, 256 MB RAM, NIC Intel, Win 98 SE |
Stephen Brooks 2002-09-09 15:13:56 | It would certainly be nice if the combined populations of India and China signed up to this project so we'd have >2.15 billion members. I'd need to buy a bigger hard-disk though. |
