sktbrd341 2004-11-27 07:00:03 | on this design there are a lot of muon's and pion's that travel very far away from the round tubes and they dont delete like they used to. Its not that big of a deal but its taking up more time to calculate there movement eachtime when they dont make a difference. if they get deleted the tests could run alittle fast. |
Maniacken [US-Distributed] 2004-11-28 18:19:00 | In the command line i am getting the simulation to run to 1200+ nS. |
[DPC]Stephan202 2004-11-29 01:53:14 | quote: That is correct behavior, and doesn't slow down as much as simulating particles that will be lost anyway. Afterall, after more ns, less particles are left. |
Stephen Brooks 2004-11-29 04:35:51 | I forgot to put in the bore radius on the chicane in ChicaneLinacB, but later put something in the client to restore this. For ChicaneLinacB90 I copied the old lattice and forgot I should have fixed the "leak"! |
Maniacken [US-Distributed] 2004-11-29 18:42:35 | i was just commenting on that stephan since in 4.41b(the last version i used) only went to 500nS. |
