The staff of Team Ninja are proud to announce the official opening of the new DC-Vault statistics site found at:

http://www.dc-vault.com

Dedicated to tracking team statistics this site offers a unique possibility of comparing different teams across multiple projects.

Based on a scoring system that rewards participation in multiple projects as well as top positions in projects, the DC-Vault offers listed teams an overview of their performances in the DC-Vault projects as well as an "at a glance" look at the team positions in over 25 current DC projects.

If you want to have your team added, please use the form on the site provided for that purpose.

If your team is already listed in the DC-Vault and you want us to add it to one or more projects, let us know via the site too!

The dedicated DC Vault forums found here have been set up to be the central place for interteam banter and taunting.  Comparing teams and planning the next move to enhance your team's overall and/or category ranking is now made easier by the DC Vault stats.  Join in and exchange yourself with the huge DC community.  Join in the fun and enhance your teams scoring, show off your TFlops.  In the end, everyone wins

Rusty, why do you mention dc-vault here when DPAD isn't one of the projects included?

It is included under the Physical science category Smile

Not called DPAD tho but Muon 1 Distributed Particle Accelerator Design

There's a better Muon1 banner logo at http://stephenbrooks.org/muon1/hidden/bannerbg.jpg or http://stephenbrooks.org/misc/oldbanner_muon.png (though the first one has no text and the 2nd one the wrong URL - I should fix that!).

Also, what formula is used to aggregate the scores together (I couldn't see an FAQ on the site) - or is that a secret?  Smile

Thanks.  That's quite a good scoring system, perhaps there should be a link to its description on the main page somewhere.  I like the way it rewards participation in lots of projects, particularly smaller ones.
