| RGtx 2008-05-28 21:14:11 | For over a month "FTP Server status" has indicated, for muon1.wmikrut.com "Host unreachable (no DNS)". Yet my client will happily upload results to this server. Less happily, after 24 hrs they do not appear within your stats, and have to be resubmitted. Perhaps, you could remove this server from the servers.csv file until such time this issue is resolved. |

Tomorrow I'll look and see if I've been receiving anything from the wmikrut server recently. Generally, the only way results can get lost like this is if the server is accepting uploads but not doing downloads. |

| [TA]JonB 2008-10-06 03:07:49 | RGtx, you can manually edit the servers.csv file with a text editor to remove an entry. Just be sure to set it to Read Only or it will get overwritten quickly by an update. I've done that in the past when servers got stuck. |

| Stephen Brooks 2009-11-13 22:12:41 | It seems that GuildFTP gets very slow when the connection log gets long (maybe a slow sort process or something). Anyway, I've put a scheduled job to clear the log each night, that should make it more responsive, though I'm not sure if that's the problem. |
| Xanathorn 2009-11-16 23:38:38 | That's why I switched from guildftp to serv-u a long while ago. Back in the days with alot of flushes the program tended to hang or crash. Nothing bad about guildftp, it's a great program. Just serv-u is using resources better, even with long logs. |
