Hotmail has been particularly bad, but there are have been a lot of other occasions when my browser would either time upwards of 30 seconds or not connect to a website at all. In fact earlier today Opera 7 swore blind that the website www.msfc.nasa.gov did not exist! Maybe it's my ISP, but I do wonder if the current spate of worms hasn't crippled Hotmail. It doesn't make any sense: that's why they call it "virtual" |

I've seen that up at 92 sometimes, and it's usually around 88. The power-cut a few days ago might (speculative) have screwed things up somewhat on the US side of the transatlantic links, and I've heard that NTL have had a few problems in that area recently... It doesn't make any sense: that's why they call it "virtual" |
