Hope someone can help me with this...

I'm trying to run DPAD on a pc without a harddrive...with a network boot disk found here.

I got everything working...giving the pc a ip address, mapping a drive...but when I try to run muon, I get: This program cannot be run in DOS mode.

Can't muon run in DOS...or is there some way to make this work... Confused

Try calling the commandline at bootup (muon1_cmdline.bat), this should run in DOS mode.

It's a Windows 32-bit console EXE, not a DOS program.  It calls lots of functions that are in the Windows API even though the "commandline" version looks like a DOS terminal.
