Some people have been complaining that they cannot download files from this site because they get some sort of "Access Denied" error, or get asked for a username and password.   I have found that with some versions of Internet Explorer, right-clicking the link and selecting "Save Target As..." DOES NOT WORK.   Instead, just click on the link normally and select the "Save this file to disk" option, which in my experience works nearly all the time.   I'm sorry about these weird bugs but it must be something to do with the way my web host operates.
