| MetalRush 2003-03-12 13:16:13 | Stephen, looking at the teamstats, i saw a few [DPC]TeamNWW 'members' at the bottom of our memberlist. All starting with 3 random characters and then the membername. I think it has something to do with a Linuxclient but cannot prove that theory. What do you think is the cause of this phenomenon? and how can we prevent this? | Stephen Brooks 2003-03-12 14:18:32 | The FTP client I use to retrieve the results sometimes leaves temporary files around with "odd" names which are usually the string .in. followed by the real name. This sort-of throws the results-server out of whack a bit. I occasionally get rid of these spares and give them to the correct user. I think I had a go at trying to prevent this before, but could do again. Today's weather in %region is Sunny/(null), max. temperature -99999°C |
